미국 미네소타 출신의 4인조.
1979년에 결성된 후 2년만인 1981년에 나온 그들의 첫 앨범으로 올해 다시 리마스터링 되어 발매되었다.
당시 수록되었던 18곡에 13곡이 추가되어 무려 31곡이 빼곡하게 담겨있다.
얼터너티브의 초석을 이룬 그들이지만 아직은 하드한 넘버들로 가득한 펑크 앨범.
