The Replacements의 두번째 앨범으로 올 해 6곡이 추가된 19곡으로 리마스터링 되어 나왔다.
전작에 비해 확실히 진일보된 모습을 보여주고 있다.
아직은 투박하지만 몇몇 곡(Take Me Down To The Hospital, Buck Hill)에서는 전체적인 리프가 간결하게 다듬어져 있으며 사이키델릭(WillPower)도 수용하는 등 The Replacements가 2년동안 꾸준히 음악의 폭을 넓혔다는 사실을 확인할 수 있는 앨범이다.
